Zapatillas Cay, Coral Cay and Hospital Point are the most popular snorkelling destinations of the islands. Underwater cliffs, garden reefs, sea grass beds and a vibrant variety of marine life with excellent visibility are waiting for you.

Red Frog and Sloths trails are the best places to hike in the rainforest to watch poisonous red dart frogs, two finger sloths and a lot of birds. Talking about birds, Swans Cay and San San Pondsack Natural Reserve are our best spots to birdwatch, activity complemented with a rest in the nearby Bocas del Drago beach.
