Though please note that the inmediate surroundings of the building are pretty calm, quiet and safe.

This is a new edifice with all the amenities and a distinctive design feeling. The apartment is 130 square meters (1,415 sq ft) on the 12th floor with great panoramic views. There are 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom with a King size bed, one bedroom with one Queen size bed and one bedroom with two single beds), 2 baths, terrace, common area with piscine, jacuzzi and a gym room. The apartment is completely furnished in a pleasant modern style and is fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware, TV and a high speed internet. It is ready to go.


        


        


The rates are:
For 1 or 2 persons, $ 160.00 per night or $ 700.00 per week.
For 3 to 6 persons, $ 200.00 per night or $ 850.00 per week.

There is a minimum stay of two nights. Please add $ 30.00 for single night stay.

These prices include cable TV, internet (ADSL), local telephone, gas, electricity and the use of two parking places. They also include the cleaning of the apartment at the beginning and at the end of the stay. Shall you be coming from the international airport with a late night flight, the renting of this apartment has to be combined with the pick-up at Tocument airport (Panama City's International Airport) by a taxi man we highly trust, Manuel Morales, who will take you to the apartment. There is a charge of $ 30.00 for this service; it two cabs are necessary, it will be $ 60.00.
